hartec PVD coating equipment was originally developed for low-temperature vacuum plasma coating of tools and components consisting of aluminium or brass.

Due to continious development of this technology today a more universal configuration of our vacuum coating equipment has been realized which enables to apply PVD coatings on metal, plastic, ceramics and glass. Thereby, we can realize optical coatings like chrome-look or stainless-steel look as well as colorized PVD coatings, so-called metal ceramics. Due to the use of spindles, this is also possible for real 3D-Geometries.

The product portfolio of hartec includes batch systems in various dimensions as well as high-efficient inline systems for mass production.

Developing our coating equipment, there was a great importance attached to realize the customers’ preferences with the use of standard components. On the other hand hartec PVD systems enable upgrades for an extension of the production capacity and for the implementation of further coating projects.
